Ian Morris

Founder & Concepts Engineer

From the beginning, creativity hasn’t just shaped my work, it’s been my life’s mission. Over 25 years, I’ve channeled that fire into meaningful impact by working with purpose-driven organizations like Clif Bar, the CHEK Institute, Penn State Cancer Institute, VeteranRites, and Hospice. I’ve learned that lasting innovation isn’t about flashes of inspiration. It’s about cultivating creativity as a practice. This isn’t magic. It’s commitment to the craft.

I strive to lead with curiosity, not my ego. My work isn’t about being the loudest voice, it’s about creating space for better ideas to emerge. When you collaborate with me, you’re not just working with someone who’s been in the trenches, you’re working with someone who listens deeply, moves with purpose, and believes the best solutions are co-created. Let’s build something meaningful, together.

Falyn Morningstar

Founder & Director of Integrative Health

I specialize in uncovering the root causes of stagnation, fatigue, brain fog, emotional drain, not just treating symptoms. Using Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® and clinical testing, I map the body’s imbalances to reveal how they impact a leader’s clarity, focus, and resilience.

It’s science with purpose: a system, first approach that addresses the physical foundations of performance so we can move beyond surface-level fixes.

From there, I integrate somatic practices, meditation, and sonic therapy to rewire the nervous system and restore flow.

My work helps leaders and teams reconnect with their energy, presence, and innate capacity to lead, so they don’t just function, they thrive, with alignment, purpose, and sustainable momentum.

Anton Czachor

Founder & Director of Executive Vision & Leadership

I partner with influential leaders and visionary executives who recognize that meaningful impact comes not from pushing harder, but from cultivating deeper alignment within themselves. I created the Transformational Design Method, an integrative approach that combines Gene Keys, Human Design, practical strategy, and real-world insight into human dynamics. The purpose of this work is not to fix people or place them into a box, but to help them understand the deeper patterns shaping how they lead, relate, and make decisions in a way that is both clear and immediately actionable.

My approach blends depth with practicality, bringing together sharp strategic thinking and the intelligence of the heart to create lasting transformation. Rather than relying on constant pressure, over-analysis, or performance-driven leadership, clients learn to lead in a way that feels more natural, steady, and aligned with who they are. As this alignment deepens, decision-making becomes clearer, relationships feel less strained, and leadership carries less unnecessary weight.

I primarily work with CEOs, founders, and accomplished leaders who are already highly capable but know there is a more honest and sustainable way to lead and live. These are individuals who are no longer interested in surface-level solutions and are ready to explore the deeper forces driving their experience, influence, and impact. Through this process, inner alignment begins to translate into real-world results, within individuals, teams, and the systems they influence. Leadership becomes both more effective and more human, and the impact extends far beyond any single role or title.

Boyd Stough, J.D.

Director of Operations & Future-Proofer

As a veteran, I learned discipline under pressure. As a lawyer, I mastered precision in complexity. And as an innovator, I discovered that the greatest leverage isn’t in fixing problems,
it’s in redesigning the system behind them.

In tech, I’ve worked with founders to scale sustainably, not by chasing trends, but by building resilient, adaptive infrastructures.

In functional medicine, I’ve partnered with pioneers who treat root causes, not symptoms, because I know lasting change starts from within.

I don’t just deliver results, I build the foundation for what comes next. And when the future arrives, my clients aren’t just ready. They’re already leading it.
